Important information
Meeting Point and Arrival Time
- The waiting time for our transportation service is between 15 to 60 minutes.
- It is recommended to arrive at the meeting point 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Our drivers are not allowed to wait more than 10 minutes past the scheduled time.
Transportation Service Details
- For all our RoundTrip transportation services, our drivers will pick you up directly at your hotel door.
- If the requested service is shared transportation, please note that there will be quick stops at other accommodations.
- Vehicle models may vary depending on availability.
Special Conditions
- Child seats are available upon request. We recommend adding them during the purchase process, as each child seat counts as an additional passenger.
- Wheelchairs occupying a seat must be registered as an additional passenger.
Luggage
- Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 3 pieces of luggage. If you have additional luggage or oversized items (surfboards, excessive fishing equipment, or more than one set of golf clubs, etc.), extra charges may apply.
- To avoid these charges, you can request an additional seat for these items during the purchase process.
