Yes, we allow pets as long as they are in an appropriate carrier. For service animals that need to travel outside their carrier, a private service must be booked to ensure the comfort of all passengers.

Yes, our operations team monitors flights, and we will be waiting for your arrival, regardless of any delays in your flight schedule.
